This program is a collaborative between Helping Our Youth Acheive Inc and Yale's Urban Debate League (UDL). YOUTH C.A.A.Ts is a program curriculum built to help our youth in the academic areas of reading comprehension,vocabulary enrichment, public speaking, and the social area of relationship management. Our target population are the middle schoolers ( male and female), the ages of 9-12. Our youth services are offered at the Wilson Grant Library every Saturday from 11:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m
